I’m looking for someone to sublet my room while I travel from December 16/17 to February 12. The room is small but comfortable, located in a great apartment in the Financial District, just 2 minutes from Fulton Station with access to several subway lines.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, and share the apartment with two friendly roommates who share a second bathroom. The apartment is on the 4th floor, in a safe, convenient area close to shops, restaurants, and transit.

We also have a sweet cat in the apartment, so cat lovers are welcome!

Rent is $1,300 per month, utilities included.
A $500 security deposit is required to cover and secure the furniture and items I’ll leave in the room — it will be fully refunded at the end of the stay.
