Seeking roommate for second bedroom

Hey Everyone! There’s a bedroom available for a short-term lease in my 2 bed-1 bath apartment for a January 2026 move-in. The current lease ends May 31, 2026. Rent is approximately $2750/month (utilities/wifi are included). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

The apartment is located in Fidi/Seaport. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, it’s approximately 8’ x 18’, has a closet, 2 north facing windows, and there’s another huge closet by the entry way available for the person who takes the room. The apartment has a shared living room and the kitchen includes a full size fridge, electric stovetop, and a microwave.

The building has elevators, a 24/7 doorman, and laundry rooms on multiple floors. It’s also close to a variety of transportation options including multiple subway stations (2/3, J/Z, 4/5; 1, R/W, and A/C stations are also nearby but a bit of a further walk), local and express buses, and the NYC ferry.

You’ll be living with me as a roommate. I work full-time as an RN, so I’m out of the apartment 3-4 days a week. I’m open to being friends with whoever I live with, but we can just stick to being courteous roommates as well if that’s what you prefer.
