I am looking for someone to take over my lease agreement at 95 Wall Street luxury building. The roommates will be renewing in July 2024 so you will have the option to exit the lease or sign the renewal for the next year. This unit is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with 2 of the rooms flexed. You will be taking my room - which is a true bedroom and is 1,911 a month. Since I am leaving the country, I do not plan to take my bed frame, mattress, desk, and office chair with me. I am willing to leave the furniture for free or I can dispose of them if needed.
Required: - $25 Application fee - $1,000 new roommate building fee - $1,911 security deposit - $1,911 first month’s rent
Amenities: - 24 hour concierge in luxury building - 24 hour top floor gym - sky lounge for parties and get togethers - Sky deck basketball court - Safe & secure package delivery office - In unit Washer/dryer - Dry cleaning & maid service (with payment)
Roommates: 1. Trevony (Master bedroom). 26 years old and works in finance at Citi bank.
2. Wallace (Flex #1). 28 years old and works at Hamilton and freelance design.
3. Mike (Flex #2). 26 years old and works as a fashion model and in production.
The guys are really chill and would prefer someone who cleans up after themselves. If you’re to yourself or social, the unit’s dynamic will definitely work for you as there is a mix of social energy.
