I'm looking for a roommate to share a bright, fully furnished, two-story penthouse in the Financial District, with your own bathroom, wraparound city views, and a private rooftop terrace.

Your bedroom is on the lower floor and comes with a king-size bed, desk and chair, and your own private bathroom. My bedroom and our other roommate's are upstairs, giving everyone a little extra privacy and room to breathe.

The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings, and plenty of natural light from north and east exposures. We're on the 32nd floor, with views across the city and a spacious rooftop terrace with a BBQ, exclusively for our apartment. There's room to enjoy a morning coffee outside, have dinner together, or unwind after work.

Everything is already set up for comfortable everyday living:

In-unit washer and dryer.
Gigabit internet with 1 Gbps upload and download speeds.
A 98-inch 4K TV with streaming services ready to go.
Housekeeping every two weeks, including bedroom and bathroom cleaning and laundering sheets and towels.

The building has a 24-hour lobby attendant, a fitness center, a residents' lounge with a catering kitchen, an on-site deli, and a separate shared rooftop deck with river and skyline views.

We're on a quiet street near parks, two blocks from major subway connections, and a short walk from South Street Seaport and Wall Street.

The monthly total is $3,190: $2,870 rent plus a flat $320 covering electricity, internet, housekeeping, and shared household supplies.

Income and credit verification are part of the application process. A $3,190 deposit and the first month's payment are required before move-in. No pets.
