The room and the apartment are fully furnished and are filled with natural light from north and east exposures, 11' ceilings offering wrap-around city views, and access to our spacious private rooftop, complete with a BBQ. Centrally located on a tranquil street, it is a mere two blocks away from all major subway lines.

The property is situated next to parks, close to South Street Seaport, Wall Street, and the New York Stock Exchange. You'll appreciate the outdoor space, abundant light, friendly neighborhood, and pleasant ambiance. All utilities are not included (expect to pay an extra $320 a month for electricity, housekeeping, and internet, for shared things like the kitchen stuff, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent), You will have access to all streaming platforms on 85' Samsung TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and 1GB asymmetric Wi-Fi.
