I am looking for a female to take a sublease on my room in a wonderful and cozy 3-bed, 2-bath apartment. It is located just off of Wall Street in the heart of the Financial District. The 2/3/4/5/J/Z subway lines are all available within 3 blocks of the apartment. Some details:

- Available December 15th through March 25th (start date highly flexible)
- Building features 24/7 doorman, elevators, a dedicated mailroom for packages, and upper floor lounge with views, games, and TV
- The room images show some furniture, but the room is currently unfurnished
- The kitchen and bathroom are furnished
- Dishwasher in-unit, and laundry is available right across the hall (just a few steps away!)
- The gym is open and follows all social distancing measures with strict limits on capacity. You can download the gym's mobile app to check available times and reserve gym time online

- Building also features a website and mobile app for maintenance requests, package tracking, and bulletin board postings
