Unfortunately, after 2 years, one of our roommates is moving out (he got married!!!)... Lucky for you, we are now searching for our next amazing roommates! Would you consider yourself to be a good roommate? Are you in your 20's to early 30's? Are you friendly? Ready to move in anytime over the next month? If you answered yes to the preceding questions, read on...
Each bedroom costs around $2800/month and we split utilities 6 ways (usually costing anywhere between $150 and 270 per person/month).
First off, the roommates... We are all in our mid to late 20's to early-30s, a solid group of young professionals who are nice, normal, social, easygoing and fun! We have a great mix of 5 guys and 1 girl, and unfortunately, one of the roommates moved out, so we need to fill his spot.
The bedroom is bigger than 16 x 16... The walls are insulated (helps with soundproofing/not like the crappy walls you see in most apartments) with two walls of windows and a california style closet.. Also, the room can come furnished if you need it.
The apartment itself is 5000+ square feet. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is at least 16x16 so everyone has their own space and you won't see people's personal stuff overflowing into the common areas. We keep the apartment pretty clean, and pre-covid we had the best cleaner in the world come by twice a month to help maintain the common spaces. We are relatively quiet during the weekdays (thirsty Thursdays are always appreciated), and usually, we all go out together and with friends during the weekends.
Some of the amenities inside the actual apartment include a new washer-dryer, a huge storage closet/guest room (it was so big we put a queen-sized bed in it for friends), a projector TV (140 inch) with surround sound, dishwasher, ping pong table, and more...
