We've got an open bedroom in a 5 bed/2 bath available for move-in ASAP. One of our roommates is sadly relocating for work. Apartment is already furnished but room is unfurnished unless you'd like to purchase some of the existing furniture. The room for rent comes with additional storage above the door as well as an A/C unit.

The apartment is a huge loft with a big living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 big bathrooms, all in the heart of the Financial District.

A little bit about the 4 other roommates, 4 guys, all in their 20s and 30s. We are all young professionals that have regular 9-5 work schedules, and have lives outside of the apartment. We tend to keep the common space clean (monthly cleaning lady) and are usually pretty quiet.

The apartment is right next to the Fulton St stop with easy access to the A/C/E, 2/3, 4/5, and J/Z. WTC is minutes away with access to R/W, 1, and PATH. The building has an elevator and 24 hr virtual doorman, so your packages are safe.

While you can easily get to Brooklyn or Midtown from this central location, the neighborhood also has everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, fast food, gyms, shopping, and more, all within 5 minute walking distance.

Rent is $1,800+ utilities (around $50 to $80 each month, depending on the season). This is a one year lease with the option to resign. We split everything evenly, including electric, internet, and subscriptions. Feel free to reach out for more info, we'd love to meet you!
