Hi All, I would like to transfer my lease, starting February 1, 2020. The roommate who you?ll be sharing the common space with is a young professional. My lease is until December 1st, 2020 $1486 a month (utilities not included) with option to renew lease! This apartment does offer 1 month free when you renew the lease.

The apartment is located in the heart of Financial District, right on Wall St. The building is a luxury building complete with everything you could ask for, right on top of 4 subway lines, great amenities, including lounge, gym, small movie theater, doorman, rooftop access, and laundry. The apartment has a good size living room.

ROOM: The room is a medium sized room in a 2 bedroom. The space is large enough to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, and room to spare. You will be sharing the bathroom and a nicely-sized living room.

BILLS: The internet is about $25 and electricity is about $25 per month. This is very LOW for NYC. The AC unit electricity does not go on the apt bill but goes on building, so it's free for tenants.

DETAILS: Your roommate is on the chill but social side. He is often not home. He works on Wall St. Sociable and also respects privacy at the same time. He likes to keep the apartment relatively chill and relaxing during the weekdays. He doesn?t mind usually bring large groups back to the apartment.
