One Room Available in FiDi starting 2/1

We are two professionals (advertising and IT), age 29 and 27, looking to replace our third roommate to complete a yearly lease from February 2020 to February 2021.

We're two men who have been living together between NYC and Jersey City for the past three years. We both work normal hours in the area and usually are in the apartment outside of work hours. We're both clean and very respective of others and others' things. We're as likely to spend the Friday/Saturday night out as we are to spend it watching whatever show that currently has our interest at the time. New York sport teams often get played on the television during the weekdays.

The bedroom we're looking to fill is one of the smaller in the apartment but has a large closet and two huge windows that fill the bedroom with natural light. The room comes unfurnished but our current roommate is able to fit a full bed and dresser in it without problem and with extra space. The rest of the apartment is furnished.
