MOVE-IN January 15 - One spacious windowed bedroom (real door, NOT FLEX) in Gateway Plaza, Battery Park City. One of the best luxury apartment complexes in the city. In-building laundry, gym, bike rack, lounge, storage, even outdoor swimming pool!

I am the roommate, an advertising professional in his mid-30?s. Prefer someone in their late 20?s to late 30?s.

I'm usually out from about 9 AM - 10 PM (latest) on weeknights, and often leave town on the weekends. I spend at least an hour or two each weekend cleaning the apartment, and hope for the same from you. Overnight guests are fine, but expect a quieter volume after 11 PM (I'm not a light sleeper so don't worry about that).

Personally enjoy going to events in the city (work and pleasure), running on the Battery Park Esplanade (which is a gorgeous view right outside the apt), hiking on warm weekends in the Hudson Valley, and am pretty sociable but quieter at home.

There's a ton of amenities in the neighborhood - Battery Park, Hudson Eats Food Hall, Brookfield Place, Westfield Mall at the Oculus, ferries to Governor's Island, Jersey City and Staten Island. There's even activities like trivia nights and concerts at Hudson Eats/Brookfield Place - and tons of places to eat: Le District French Market, Seamore's, Blue Smoke, and more. There's even a movie theater - the Regal at The Conrad. You won't get bored.

The apartment is also conveniently accessible to *all major subway lines* (except G) at Fulton Center/Oculus, the New Jersey PATH, and the New York Waterway Ferry (to Brooklyn, Queens, Midtown, Jersey City, etc.)
