Bedroom in nice financial district apartment

I?m looking to rent my room out for few months. The bedroom available is in a newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment. Apartment is in a great location - only a block away from the World Trade Center and very central to all subway stops (~5 minute walk to Fulton Station & right next to the Rector St station). The building offers a live-in super and laundry in the basement. There is also a rooftop terrace. The bedroom available has a 12-inch gap between the wall and ceiling (apt building regulation) but the two girls living in the apt are working full time / in graduate school so the apt is usually empty. Both girls are usually busy so looking for a professional who works full time or is in grad school that isn?t looking to party too much.
