Hi! I am looking for someone (female!) to renew my lease with in my 2br/1bath Fidi apt for JULY 1. The building has a 24 hr doorman, elevator, great staff, gym, laundry and a newly renovated rooftop with two grills and seating.

1 bedroom flex ? The room can easily fit a full or queen bed and dresser with plenty of space left.
The apartment has a sizable living room with a separate kitchen and DISHWASHER!!! We also have Central a/c and heat.

About the area:
The apartment is located very close to the Wall Street 4/5, the NQR is behind the building, the 1/2/3/ and J are about 2 blocks away ? the subway options make this apartment feel centrally located. About 10-15 minutes walking to Tribeca (SoulCyle, Corepower Yoga, Whole Foods, Target, etc)?in the neighborhood we are few hundred feet from Fidi Physique 57, 8 min walk from SoulCycle FiDi, Pure Barre, 2 Min from Equinox Wall Street and 10 from Equinox Brookfield Place

You would be living with a female from DC in her later 20s. I've lived in NYC for 7 years and am settled with my social life and career. I work in the financial industry, love to cook, work out and try new spots with friends. Looking for a clean and considerate roommate.

Rent is $1980 plus utilities (utilities are internet ? about $38/pp ? and electric - $45/pp).
