Large private room in FiDi

Large private room available for long term (1 year min.) rent, starting July 1st.
The room can come furnished (as shown in the pictures) or unfurnished (if you would rather bring in your own).

I have been sharing this apartment with my roommate for the past 2 years, but sadly, due to work relocation she will have to move out at the end of our current lease. So I am looking for a responsible, preferably young professional, to take over her half of the lease (which would start July 1st).

Note: The apartment is a one bedroom, so I am using the living room as my space ("bedroom"). However, you can use the kitchen (as long as you don't cook a lot :) ), plus you would have a dresser on the hallway (in addition to what you might keep/bring to your room).

Rent is $1600/month + internet.
