5k sqft FiDi loft, looking for roommate May 1st

We have the entire floor - 5,000 square feet. :) This could be the largest shared apartment in Manhattan! Not exaggerating...

The bedroom is the nicest in the apartment, at least 16 x 16 with 2 walls of windows, and can come furnished (or not)! Rent per month is $3250 plus utilities (we split utilities six ways)... Utilities avg around $125 - $300 a person...

5 guys and a girl, all from 24 to 32 years old... and looking for similar ages in our new roommate. We are a fun and friendly group--very easy to live with!

We have someone clean the common area as often as needed

Ideally looking for someone who could move in May 1st, but for the right person, we can be flexible

*Great closet space in all rooms
*Huge living spaces (dining room, kitchen, living room, movie theater room with a brand new 140" screen, ping pong table, hammock, and more)
*3 Bathrooms, 6 Bedrooms total
* Brand new washer/drier
*One flight walk-up on a nice, busy street--so really safe (not a doorman building)
*2 blocks from Fulton Street station (2345ACJMZ) / 2 blocks from the South Street Seaport! / 2 blocks from Wall St! / very close to Pace U.

Please, no pets, cig smokers (we are 4.20 friendly), or couples.
