The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed, and private, with low guest traffic. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a calm home and communicates easily about sharing the space.

Best suited to someone who works primarily outside the home, travels regularly, or needs a consistent NYC base. Tobacco-free and pet-free. Single occupancy.

Close to Fulton Center subway connections and the PATH at World Trade Center.

TERMS

• Available now; long-term stay preferred.
• $3,500/month plus half of electricity.
• One month’s security deposit, separate from rent.
• Proof of employment or other documented ability to pay, plus references.
