The apartment would be all yours on September 1st! Mine and my roommates' lease ends in mid-November (so you would sublease through me until then). This is a perfect option if you're just moving in the city and want to get a feel of where you actually want to live! Or if you're just looking to stay short term in NYC. There is also the option of staying in the apartment longer, you just have to sign a new lease with the building.

The bedroom:
Offering a good size room (not a shoe box like other apartments) with a big closet space. The room has 2 nice windows and is fully furnished! I am selling my comfortable full size memory foam bed, gold vanity and hung up flat screen tv all for a good deal! All furniture is less than a year old so it?s all in great condition! The apartment:
Fully equipped kitchen with a nice dishwasher, oven, microwave and big fridge. Cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans are available for use. We also have a nice little table with 2 bar tools to enjoy meals with. The best part about this apartment is that it has a nice washer and dryer!!! Most apartments in this unit do not have a washer and drier, so it?s a huge plus! Also, nice marbled floored bathroom is shared between 2 other great roommates.
