 Full-size (comfortable) box spring and mattress, new sheets/blankets and pillows, towels, sofa, double hang full closet, a 6-drawer dresser, computer table, lamps, table, lights.

You control AC/heat unit. High-ceiling windows, brings in natural light.

A private bathroom, with free-standing enclosed shower. large mirror, plus cabinet space.

Kitchen: All the usual stuff - glassware, plates, cutlery, cookware and tons of spices). Dishwasher, large oven, microwave, plus Ninja appliances (deluxe oven/air fryer/toaster, deluxe grill, coffeemaker, etc. ).

Grocery: WHOLE FOODS - two blocks away. EATALY is four blocks away, plus Gristede's. Fresh Direct and Amazon deliver daily. PLUS: Full-service deli in the building on the ground floor with delivery service from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
