Hello fellow city dwellers! I'm reaching out because we are in need of a third roommate ASAP for this amazing apartment we just scored at 95 Wall Street. We have put down a deposit and unfortunately our third roommate had to back out due to work travel and cultural obligations which pushes back her move in date significantly so now we need to find another roommate.

A little bit about us....I am a 31 year old female working in finance. I love going to the gym, fashion events, polo, rooftop parties and brunching hard on the weekends. I usually have to wake up early for work and work from 8-5ish. I am a very clean person and I like to keep common areas tidy. I love all types of music and look forward to lounging outside on the amazing outdoor terrace we will have access to.

My roommate- Marie- is 27 who works in eDiscovery/Computer Forensics for a company that is moving from Rector to Jersey City. Her work schedule is second shift with Sunday and Mondays off. She loves brunching as much as I do along with being active and taking advantage of everything this amazing city has to offer.

What we are looking for: a young female or male to complete our amazing trifecta...Kind of like the three best friends that anyone could ever had. We love to laugh and would love to be friends with you as well. You would be helping us with the utilities and weekly cleanings of the common areas but also keeping tidy.
