EVERYTHING INCLUDED: Fixed monthly price includes the rent of the described room, plus the electricity, hot water, Spectrum cable TV with HBO in all rooms, internet, all kitchen/bath/cleaning supplies... And also a professional cleaning person who comes every other week. So you just pay a fixed amount once per month, then you have no extra costs. All the expenses at this apartment cost on average $750/month in total.

So if you want to compare with other places, you can estimate that just the "real estate" of this room would be $1650 - $250 = $1400

This all-included formula is perfect for someone who wants to arrive, "plug and play" without any headaches or extra shopping, and at the same time avoid any variable expenses later. If anything gets old, I will replace it. If there is something to be repaired, I deal with it and I pay the costs. You don't have to worry about paying anything else except of course if something is damaged due to careless use.

DEPOSIT: will be required depending on term agreement.

ROOMMATES: Ideally looking for roommates who plan to stay long term, although lifestyle will be the most important aspect. Must be respectful of cleanliness and noise. Very strict non-smoking environment. No parties allowed, but of course you can bring guests. Current roommates have busy work schedules or travel frequently and ideally looking for someone with the same profile.
