We have some space we're letting out in our beautiful, full floor loft in Financial District.

The Space

We have an amazing loft. It?s one of those places that you know must exist somewhere in the city, but you rarely see unless you get invited to some private parties. It?s a 3000 square foot, former sail-making facility, turned into a cool loft taking up the entire fourth floor of a historic building. We?re above a closed street (that turns into an open air beer garden) in the heart of the Financial District. The ceilings are high, the floors are beautiful plank wood, and the light is glorious.

We have an open-style chef?s kitchen, a massive shared living area, an in-loft washer and dryer, and even two full bathrooms. The place is notoriously hard to capture in photos but is pretty damn fantastic.

We have the best wireless available, and a backup wireless setup just in case. We also have a rotating climbing wall in the apartment (!!!).

The loft is six bedrooms in total, so you'd have your own bedroom (that's bigger than some studio apartments) but would be sharing the larger loft space with the rest of us.

We're 5 professionals (2 men, 3 women) who don't party hard, are fairly serious and intellectual, yet fun, and dedicated to our work. Many of us are involved in the startup scene in NYC, so when we're not at an office, we can be found in the loft hacking away on our own projects.

Most of us work in either tech or finance, and I'm an expert on growth who's scaled many tech startups. Hobbies include climbing, skiing, paragliding, going to the gym - among other things.

The Neighborhood

I really can't think of a more fantastic place to live. Stone Street is the oldest street in NYC, with a lot of old world charm, and is closed to traffic, cobblestoned, and full of bars and restaurants. The street turns into a bit of a beer garden in the summer, which is amazing.

Getting Around

The 2/3 and 4/5 and R express subway lines are all nearby, so you can get anywhere in the city fast. Cabs are easy to find too.
