Master bedroom with a private bathroom in a doorman building is available! My roommate is moving to another apartment so I'm looking to fill his room.

The whole unit is a 2 bedroom flex 3, with 2 real bedrooms and 1 converted room (wall is already put up). You'd be taking one of real bedrooms (the largest of the rooms) with its own bathroom. You'd be sharing the apartment with two great roommates (both males) in their late 20s.

-Master bedroom that overlooks Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. Building opens up to historic South Street Seaport, with bands, booze and live events happening all summer.
-Attached bathroom and 2 massive closets.
-24hr Duane Reade attached to the building, along with a Starbucks, Niko Sushi and a deli that serves the best BLT in the city.
-Building has a gym, lounge (with a pool table), concierge (he keeps your Amazon packages safe) and laundry room.
-The building is walking distance from the 2,3,4,5,6, A,C, E stations, the PATH train as well as Wall Street's Pier 11 (for those of you who fancy ferries).
-Fulton Market opposite for groceries and a delicious buffet till 12AM.

To be clear - this will be a 1 month sublet, followed by an extension of the lease for 1 year starting July 1. We are looking for roommates who are interested in signing a 1-yr lease.
