Amazing Apartment on the Best Block in the Ev

My apartment is a n 1800 sqf space with a huge LR, a fireplace, a balcony and a terrace which are currently closed but are going to open within 6 months. This is due to the facade renovations which have added a significant amount to my monthly payments which is why I am looking to for someone.

You will have your own bathroom though not in the room itself but across the hall.

My kids just left: my son rented his own space in NYC and my daughter left for college in Amsterdam. She will come back in December for two weeks vacation to her own room.

I spend half the time in New Jersey at my lake house.

I have a dog who is an 11 year old friendly shiba. She is territorial so bowls can't be shared but it's not a no to dogs. I'm allergic to cats but if it's a hypoallergenic cat (like siberian) it could work.

I am looking for someone i could be comfortable with. i am a psychiatrist, writer, painter. I want a responsible person who will pay their bills, clean after themselves, not have huge loud parties without asking me, although having loud parties is ok since it's a restaurant downstairs.

I know it's expensive. But imagine that I am not there half of the time. This place is magical.
