I'm looking for someone to take over my furnished studio on E 11th St between 2nd and 3rd Ave for the spring, January 19 through May 18 (about four months). I'll be away for those months and would rather hand the place to someone careful than leave it empty.

The details:
- Studio, 1 bathroom, fully furnished
- $3,300 a month, all utilities included
- Quiet block in the heart of the East Village, close to restaurants, cafes, groceries and the subway
- Landlord approval for the sublet is already in place

It would suit a spring-semester student, an intern, or someone in town for work. I'm happy to do a video tour first and answer any questions. I'll ask for a short intro (who you are, what brings you to NYC, your dates) and I'm glad to share the same about me. Please don't send money before you've seen the apartment and the paperwork. I'll set up a proper written sublet agreement through the building's approved process.
