Looking for someone to take over my room in a shared two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Stuyvesant Town. I’ve relocated, and my roommate is staying.

The room has an East River view, a closet, and window AC. A walkthrough video is available; the listing photos are stills from that video. *Im working on getting better pictures*

$1,950/month includes all utilities, AC charges, and internet

Current lease ends April 1, 2027

Available now: flexible move-in, ideally 1–2 weeks after agreeing to proceed, subject to Stuytown Background check.

Optional furniture: the queen bed, table, chair, and other furnishings shown in the video can stay at no extra cost. You’re welcome to keep or dispose of the furniture; free bulk disposal is available outside the building.

The incoming person will be registered with StuyTown as an approved occupant. I remain on the current lease, and rent is paid to me.

I’m coordinating remotely and can arrange an introduction to the remaining roommate. Message me with your preferred move-in date, intended length of stay, and a little about yourself!
