Huge room w balcony + rooftop in East Village

Hey, our roommate is moving out so we're looking for a tidy, respectful, and outgoing professional to renew the lease with in our 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in the East Village from mid-September.

About the room:
- $2450pm, 12 month lease
- Massive room (bed in photo is a queen) with a built in closet, balcony, AC, and central heating
- Available from 13 September (move-in date slightly flexible, lease officially starts 1 Oct)
- The room will be fully unfurnished (apart from maybe the dresser, TBD)
- Second floor walk up with trees and garden view outside the main room
- Shared communal rooftop with stunning views of Midtown and Brooklyn
- On 7th and B, right on the corner of Tompkins Square Park
- In-building gym and laundry
- 24 hour doorman
- All bills included except electric (around $30-40 each per month) and wifi ($20 each per month)

About us:
- You'd be living with me (26M) and Ethan (24M). I've been in the city for a year having moved from the UK to work here as a journalist. Ethan's been in the apartment close to 3 years, works at a bank in Midtown, and is originally from San Diego.
- We both go into the office 3-4x per week on average, working from the apartment mostly on Fridays
- We're both chill and easygoing, tidy and respectful of each others space. We like to go out for drinks, play pool/soccer, run/gym, watch sports, and have friends over for dinner or on the rooftop occasionally - looking for someone with a similar vibe (no pets)
