Hey!! I’m looking for someone to take the other room in my apartment around 2nd Ave & 2nd St in the East Village :)
The apartment is bright, cozy, and full of character, with hardwood floors, exposed brick, and big windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The shared living room is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has plenty of cabinet space along with a dining area. The apartment is already furnished and decorated and has a warm, homey feel.
The location is one of the best parts — right around 2nd Ave and East 2nd Street in the heart of the East Village. The neighborhood is lively and super walkable, with tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. The F train at 2nd Avenue is just a couple minutes away, and NoHo, the Lower East Side, SoHo, and the rest of downtown are all easily accessible. It’s a great location if you like having everything right outside your door while still having a comfortable place to come home to. Also important for the application — you’ll need to meet the building’s financial requirements, and if using a guarantor, the guarantor must make at least 80x the monthly rent.
