• Prior 2 years tax returns. Redact SS numbers.
• Most recent bank statements (checking, saving, investments). Redact account numbers.

• Current or most recent landlord reference letter (if applicable)
• Verification of most recent 6 months' rent payments (canceled checks or bank statements)
• Credit report: you must provide a recent credit report that shows all your accounts and payment history, not just credit score.
