A little about us: I'm a 26-year-old recent Columbia graduate working in climate and energy consulting, and my roommate is 25 and works as a software engineer at JPMorgan. We're both easygoing, clean, and respectful, and we're looking for someone similar - someone who's neat, chill, and prefers not to bring the party home.

The apartment is a true East Village gem, with big windows in every room (including the living room and kitchen), tons of natural light, and a renovated kitchen featuring a large island, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The available furnished bedroom includes a full bed, desk, and plenty of closet space.

The building is just as great: it overlooks a beautiful interior courtyard with mature trees, a fountain, and gardens, and the apartment sits on the 5th floor of a 7-story building with a 24/7 doorman, elevator, gym, laundry room, and (best of all) a rooftop with incredible 360° views of the Manhattan skyline.

The location couldn't be better. You're within walking distance of NYU, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Strand Bookstore, Baohaus, The Smith, and countless cafés, restaurants, and bars.
