I'm looking for a female roommate to join my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the heart of the East Village. The apartment is located on St. Marks Place and Avenue A, just steps from Tompkins Square Park, great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, and multiple subway lines.

About the Room:
- Large bedroom for the East Village
- Quiet, rear-facing room away from street noise
- 2nd-floor walk-up
- Dishwasher in unit
- Laundry a short walk away

- Female, ideally late 20s to mid-30s
- Responsible, financially stable, and respectful
- Clean and considerate of shared spaces
- Friendly and easygoing, but comfortable maintaining independent lives
- Looking for a long-term home rather than a temporary landing spot
- Generally has an active lifestyle outside the apartment
- No smoking
- No frequent overnight guests

Renting Requirements:
- Must be approved by the building's management company and added to the lease.
- Standard application process includes income, employment, and credit verification.
- Guarantors are accepted subject to building requirements.
- First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing.
- Looking for someone interested in a 12-month lease.
