Seeking a short-term guest to occupy a bedroom in this beautiful, East Village yogi palace for the month of August, 2026.

The house:

Shared 5-bedroom suite, 400 square ft. living room with 20 ft. high ceilings - no typo here. Two stories with private access to a massive rooftop with 360 views of the city. Spacious kitchen with Empire State views + 4 large bedrooms with panoramic views + two full bathrooms + storage. A total of five people (including you) living in this 3000 square ft. massive duplex apartment .

The rooftop has different spaces, tables, couches, chairs, a pizza oven, and one thousand and one views of Manhattan.

The bedroom:

The space is a cleverly hidden nook just off the common area, we call the Guest's Quarters, that measures 6 x 10 ft. across. We hand-crafted a modern mid-evil style sliding door to ensure privacy and comfort during your stay.

Furnished with a workstation, comfortable Full-mattress and bureau / closet area. You will also have access to our giant walk-in storage closet on the 1st floor to stash suitcases, bulky winter garments, or any other day-2-day items.

The building:

Washing machines on every floor, central heat, 24hr doorman, 2 elevators, a common patio downstairs, study / billiard room, and brand new fitness center on the ground floor, with a freshly installed sauna and steam room!

The rent includes everything (wi-fi, electricity, gas, and a professional cleaning service twice month).
