8-minute walk to (6) train at Astor Place, 10-minute walk to (N) (R) train at 8th Street/Broadway, 10-minute walk to either (L) train at 14th Street/First Avenue or (F) train at Second Avenue and Houston Street

$1300 per month

1/3rd share of bills @ $100 per month - (gas/electricity, and internet)

First month ($1300) + security deposit ($1300) = $2,6000. + proof of income and/or professional reference required upfront to move in.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectable, trustworthy, friendly, and down to earth.

Must be professional / student / full time employed and will stay at least six months or longer.

We are definitely NOT looking for someone who will be bringing the party home, or have numerous overnight guests or leave a mess around the apartment!

Light smoker OK (in your own room only)

Must be cat friendly and not allergic (the cats are very friendly and will not be in your way.)
