The apartment has a large living room, separate kitchen, multiple closets, and plenty of storage. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and desk. Fifth-floor walk-up in a well-maintained building. Laundry is directly across the street or nearby.

You’d be living with me, Matt (28). I’m a software engineer working in-office most days. Outside of work I’m usually practicing with my band at the studio or grabbing food around the city. I keep a clean, relaxed home and it’s easygoing here.

I really love this apartment and don’t want to lose it.
