East Village Apt, ~ June 30th

My roommate and I (both 24yr old guys, friends from college) are looking for a third roommate for around a JUNE 30th move-in, but it can be flexible. We live in a 3br 1 bath, in the EAST VILLAGE on 13st and 2nd ave. The apartment is fully furnished (aside from the open room itself), and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, including an IN-UNIT washer/dryer combo, a fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, and microwave. We also live right above a dry cleaner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and has windows in every bedroom (street-facing), as well as in the kitchen and the living room (courtyard). We are both clean and looking forward to finding a new roommate!
