I am looking for someone who is interested in signing a one year lease with me in prime East Village (near Tompkins Square park). I currently live in this building, and really enjoy the apartments and the location.

My management informed me they will need to relocate my roommate and I from our apartment at the end of our current lease for renovations. My roommate has decided to move in with her childhood friend instead, so I need to fill her spot. They’ve offered me a small discount for an apartment on the floor below me. This would be a one year lease beginning on June 1. The unit is a 2bd/1ba and laundry is in the basement. Heat and hot water are included. Reach out for photos/more info!
