Management is responsive and the building is well maintained. It’s a 5 floor walk up with laundry around the corner. It sits on a quiet street located on E 15th St between 1st and 2nd. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods 1 minute walk away. Tons of food spots, delis, and bars nearby. The apartment is in the back with a fire escape. Gets great light!

Nearby stops: L train is around the corner and Union Square stops are 10 minwalk away
