*Lease is up April 30th and my current roommate is moving out but I love it here so would like to renew with a new roomie. May 1st is lease start and it’s for a full year.

-Private outdoor space (connect to my bedroom but feel free to ask if you ever want to pass through)
-Small kitchen with: microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher (no oven but I do have an air fryer that you're welcome to use)
