Private Room for rent in shared apartment

I’m looking for a female roommate to take over one room in a shared apartment starting March 1st.

I’m particular about keeping a clean, organized, and well-maintained home, so this is important to highlight upfront. I like the apartment to stay sharp and put together. I understand that life happens during the week, but I’m someone who makes a point to reset, clean, and take care of the space, and I’m looking for someone who genuinely values and commits to that same standard of cleanliness and shared responsibility.

That said, I’m also a friendly, easygoing person, and I value open communication and mutual respect. I think it’s important to share a space with someone who is genuine, responsible, and respectful, and who’s willing to agree on how we take care of the apartment.

I do have a 14-year-old miniature pinscher — very quiet, calm, and chill. Because of this, the person moving in must be dog-friendly. However, no additional pets are allowed.
