Hi! I found a 3bd 1 bath apartment in the Stuytown/ East Village/ Gramercy area and am looking for 2 female roommates to share this space with. I haven’t signed the lease yet, but would like to move in around Jan 15. Below are some details about myself and the place. Please reach out if interested.

About me:
I’m a 26yr old female and will be moving to NYC for work and grad school. I work 5days in office and will have classes 2x a week, so you can expect me to be out of the apartment several days of the week. I enjoy my quiet time at home, if I’m not studying you can expect to see me watching TV or on the phone with family and friends. I’m new to the city, and am excited to explore, and welcome the opportunity to become friends :) I’m looking for 2 female roommates, ideally in their 20s-30s.


About the place (floor plan attached):
* Bedroom is available for $2679. 15’x12’. Includes a walk in closet.
* Bedroom 2 is avaiable for $1957. 14’4”x9’2”.
* All utilities included in the rent. WiFi and cable are free for 1yr in this place.
* 12 month lease.
* There is a year round AC fee of $34.88 that’s not included in the rent.
* Dishwasher and microwave are in the unit. Laundry and elevator in building.

I’m looking for roommates who are easy going, tidy, and value open communication.
I am allergic to gluten and very responsible with managing it but request flexibility to ensure my food doesn’t get cross-contaminated.
