Overview:
I am moving back to the UK and looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3bed/2bath apartment in the East Village.
This is perfect for someone who is just moving to the city and needs somewhere temporary while they find their feet.
I am happy to leave the bed/desk/sidetable for the duration of the sublet, making this a very easy move

Other details:
- The apartment is a fifth floor walk up with it's own private rooftop which gives you possibly the best view of anyone in Manhattan.
- The apartment also comes with a washer / dryer and dishwasher.
- The other roommates are two guys in their mid/late 20's, one from Canada and one from Minnesota. We've all been living together for a couple of years, they're super sociable, clean and respectful. One is a software engineer and the other is an actuary.
- Apartment location is great. There's several bodegas, restaurants, bars and grocery stores within 1 block. The B/D/F/M/J train is an 8min walk, the L train is a 10min walk and the 6 train is a 15min walk
