Sublease in 3BED 1BATH girls preferred

ISO two roommates to sublet in my 3-bed, 1-bath elevator building for a January 26th move for six months, or one year preferred. Rooms come unfurnished, apt is clean and has given me little to no problems these past two years😊

Rent: $2060 (large flex room) and 2260 per month + wifi. Utilities are no fee except for an AC fee (~$35/month per person) + wifi. Both rooms include spacious closets outside of their rooms. Living room will remain 90% furnished (i have new furniture since taking these and a comfy couch:).

It’s less than a 1-minute walk to the train,. The apt is tucked away from the street and super quiet, with tons of great green space, soccer fields, pickleball, etc! The place is clean, convenient, and well-spaced.

Dishwasher is in-unit with easy elevator access to a large, in-building laundry room.
