Hey everyone! I’m looking for a compatible roommate to join me in a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the East Village, just a 10-minute walk from NYU’s Washington Square campus.

Right by 3rd St & 2nd Ave, on a quiet street with no noise at all, super peaceful but close to everything. Tons of great cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, and just a 5-minute walk to the 2 Av F train station.

🏠 The Apartment:
Spacious, bright living room and kitchen with tons of natural light

Unfurnished, but we can furnish it together (or I can handle it for a small rent adjustment)

⚠️ Bedrooms are small, but the shared spaces are very roomy and comfortable! Also they include a nice closet.

💸 Rent & Move-In:
$2100/month + utilities (heat & water included; others ~$50–75/month)

No income verification needed!

Just first and last month’s rent required to move in.

Flexible lease length if you don’t want the full 12 months.

👋 About Me:
I’m a Math PhD student at NYU, originally from Barcelona, Spain. I’m clean, organized, and looking to make this place a real home for the next few years. I enjoy running, going to the gym, and exploring the city. I love checking out bars, live music spots, and museums, and would be happy to have a roommate who’s also up for hanging out, exploring, or grabbing a drink together.
I’m usually out of the house from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays.
