Sublet July–Aug 2026, then long-term roommate

I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s to take over the smaller bedroom in my apartment either as a sublet over summer (July and/or August 2026) and/or to renew for the year as a roommate from July/August 2026 till July 2027!


You’d be living with me, a French girl from London, who is very sweet, reliable, clean! I love to explore around the city and work out when I’m not slammed with work (which is most often the case haha — so you might not see too much of me!).

💰 Rent & Utilities :
• $1300/month + $1300 deposit if renewing for the year (July/Aug 2026-July 2027)
• Utilities : ~$50/month for WiFi; water & heat included; electricity ~50/month

📄 Lease Requirements if renewing with me for the year:
• You must :
- Have a personal guarantor earning >$240K/year, OR
- Earn >$125K/year yourself, OR
- Use a 3rd party service like The Guarantors (~$1.3k-2.5K fee, TBD once you apply!)
