I am looking for a person to occupy a room in this gorgeous and spacious east village apartment. I have been living here for 3 1/2 years. I am a professional who spends the majority of my time at work or out with friends. During my free time l enjoy running, hosting friends, making art & going to the beach & cuddling with my cat, Roo. I am looking for someone who is clean & considerate of the space. As pictured the room has two large windows which allow plenty of natural sunlight and there is a large closet as well, I have plenty of pictures to share of the room/apartment. We also have access to the fire escape, a fully functional fireplace and access to the rooftop. Additionally, we have Keyfood and a liquor store on the corner and plenty of laundromats/cleaners around the corner as well. The J, F & L trains are within a 10 minute walk each and the plenty of buses around as well. If interested, please feel free to reach out to me and we can schedule a viewing.
