East Village Room

One room available for rent in a 3bd 1bath apartment in the heart of East Village! Comes with a bed.

Ideally looking for a male in his 20s, who is easy going but clean. Currently two guys living in the apartment, one manages a coffee shop in East Village and the other works in tech/finance. Both guys keep the apartment super clean, but are also easy going and aren't looking for much. We both go out on weekends, and come home late, but aren't loud coming back. One roommate plays guitar, so hopefully you're cool with that!

The apartment itself is pretty simple. It's small but cozy. The room comes with a full bed and the previous roommate left a desk which you're free to keep or throw out. The living room doesn't have much at the moment as the previous roommate owned most of the furniture and took it with him. There's one bathroom and we take turns cleaning it about once a week.
