ABOUT THIS LISTING

Single mom with one child that now lives in Boston offering a very large room in a 2000 sq Feet duplex apartment. Room is furnished, bedding and towels are included, bathroom shared only with one girl, lots of space and closets, shared full kitchen, deck, living room with a fireplace and dining room. Only one person, preferably a female or queer. Quiet, respectful, clean only. No parties or friends over. Also we have 2 cats:) We are near beautiful gardens, amazing restaurants and cafes, the Tompkins Square Park and the East River Park! Trains ( L and F ) are 10 min away, 3 different bus lines within a few blocks. Shorter stays ( min 3 months ) are welcome. Dates can be Flexible. Note: During the summer the oven use is very limited, makes the house really hot!

I'm a fashion stylist and artist with an awesome daughter in college.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
One month’s rent and a $2350 security deposit will be required upfront and remember we have cats!

NOTES:
-There’s an offer to include a private bathroom for $500 more a month.
-The length of stay can be extended for students that are staying for the school year.
-Only people that have a job or school are accepted. Not available for working from home folks.
-No “heavy” cookers please text me to clarify.
