- Approx. 200 sq ft. furnished bedroom with spacious closet that includes a desk, Full-sized bed, office chair and air conditioner. Can be unfurnished depending on your needs.

- Spacious 400 sq ft. shared living room with sectional sofa, 65-inch HDTV, coffee table, air conditioner and air purifier. Kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, utensils and more.

- Transit near location: L train, M8, M9, M14, M15.

- Within 5-minute walking distance: Target, CVS, Pure gym, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Starbucks, McDonald's, Tompkins Square Park, Tompskin Square Public Library and laundromat.

- About me: I’m in graduate school so I work and study. My interest lies in all things digital & tech, outdoor activities (biking and basketball) and cooking. I’m respectful and tidy.

- Prefer a working professional and/or student, non-smoker, light-cooker, considerate and tidy individual. Looking for a place to relax, study/work and sleep. No-guest policy enforced. Prefers open communication. Move-in date is flexible.
