Spacious private room in the East Village

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over a private room that is available in a 3 bedroom apartment in StuyTown. The room is furnished and available starting early June. The room is available for the summer (until September) and potentially long term.

The room is spacious and looks out to a bed of greenery and the StuyTown 14th street loop. The room also includes large racks to hang cloths and storage space.

The apartment itself is also furnished and includes a stove, dishwasher, fridge, wifi, cable, a shared living space with a tv, etc. The laundry room is on the lower level and we live on the 3rd floor (apartment has an elevator). We are very friendly and share our utensils and other cleaning supplies.

The apartment is right across the L train (3 minute walk) as well as Target and Trader Joe's. It is also across the street from the main StuyTown center, which is a beautiful green lawn with a large fountain, walking paths, a cafe, gym and study rooms.

A bit about us roomates: I am a 29 year old lawyer and my roomate is 31 and manages a store in the west village. We've lived together for 2 years and are now very close friends. We love our apartment and the area we live in and are looking for someone who is friendly and respectful to take over our third room. We enjoy watching shows together, checking out new restaurants, lounging in the Stuytown lawn, working out/going on long walks and relaxing in the apartment. We have become close friends with our prior roommates and still stay in close touch, although if you prefer to keep to yourself, thats not a problem with us at all. I have a hybrid schedule and work from home 2/5 days a week. My roommate works in person 5 days a week.
