Cozy 1-bedroom in East Village $950/week, March 1

Hi everyone,
I'm subletting my cozy 1-bedroom East Village apartment from March 1 to March 20. Minimum stay is 1 week, the rate is $950/week plus security deposit $500. If you need to stay, say, for 10 days, I can prorate the amount accordingly.
This apartment has been my home for many years, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible (a single person or a couple would be ideal).

The apartment is a 3rd-floor walkup and has windows facing both north and south, so there's plenty of light. It is fully furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need. There is a full-size bed. I can provide linens and towels. There is no laundry in the building, but the laundramat is right around the corner.

The place is 1 block away from Tompkins Sq Park, and it is about a 7-minute walk from F train (Second Ave) and 10-12 minutes from 6 train (Astor Place).

I could say lots of great things about East Village, like it’s the best neighborhood in the city, but IYKYK.
