Furnished Room in an Amazing Neighborhood

In the heart of the convenience in the East Village on America's coolest street - St Mark's Place (this building was on the cover of Led Zeppelin's album, Physical Graffiti!) and I love every day I get to be here. Heat and hot water included in rent.

Location
- Extremely close restaurants, theaters, groceries, many buses, many trains (6, L, F, R, W), and there are two Citibike stations on the corner of the block.
- Tompkins Square Park is down the street ...great for daily walks! Also has a lovely dog park.
- Close to several NYU buildings and hospitals

Your room:
- Private with two windows and nice air flow
- Furnished with a Twin XL mattress and bedframe
- Flatscreen television
- A closet and above-the-closet storage space

The room is on the smaller side, but my past roommates that have lived here for years really enjoyed it.

The shower and sink are in our apartment, but our *private and locked* toilet is in the hallway (its only for this apartment, no one else). That's NYC for ya, but I promise the location unbeatable, and roommates have said I'm pretty easy to live with and respectful.

About the roommate - Female, 36 years old, Professional Life Coach (really passionate about love and personal growth), with a silly sense of humor. In my free time I'm into music, art, exercise, and traveling. Allergic to cats but they are cute in memes!
